A pool and hot tub with striking
downtown views were built on the roof (above and below).
 
 
A parking garage was built on the
North side of The Kirby at Elm and Akard with direct access to the
building (above).
 
Renovation began in March 1998 to
convert the building into lofts and apartments (above left).
Original marble in the hallways was preserved and polished (above
right).
 
Self-contained, locking storage
units were built in the basement (above).
