Affordable rents range from $725 to $1,090

Regular rents range from $725 to $1,400

Affordable Housing

Thirty six percent of the lofts and apartments are reserved for affordable housing, making an urban lifestyle available to even more people. To qualify for affordable rates, single residents must annually gross no more than $36,050. For double occupancy, combined income can be no more than $41,200 to qualify. Affordable rents range from $725 to $1,090.
