The Kirby features lofts and apartments,
offering both open floorplans and more
traditional designs with separate living and sleeping areas. |
Lofts feature a combination of finished walls
and
exposed brick, creating the perfect blend
of the old and new, for which the landmark Kirby is renowned. |
 |
 |
The Kirby features several larger units on the
17th and 18th floors. Featured here is a bi-
level unit on the 17th floor. The living area is
open from the bottom to the top floor, and a staircase connects the main floor with the
loft overhead. |
Units on the 17th and 18th floors offer especially
dramatic views of downtown Dallas and large, open rooms perfect for entertaining. |

Some units, such as the one above, feature
stained concrete flooring in addition to maple. Brand name appliances and plenty of
cabinet space in the kitchens support every host or
hostess in their party preparations. |

Each unit features multiple phone lines and high-speed internet
access in addition to brand-name appliances such as those shown above.

| Operable, oversized windows offer both
streams of natural light and striking downtown views in the lofts and apartments which
feature 10½ to 16 foot ceiling heights. |
Historic doors and maple floors have been preserved while ceiling
fans, track lighting and built-in alarm systems have been added.
